Three generations later, Honey’s is baking and offering sweet & savory pastries to individuals and businesses in the mid/upper Hudson Valley.

Our flavors are both accessible yet surprising, and clean yet complex. Our pastries are hand crafted in small batches & use hyper local ingredients grown by farmers we love & trust.
